RETURN, REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY
All custom orders are considered a final sale - that includes custom paint designs or color selection.
As each tool is hand-painted, shipping timelines for custom orders are dependent on order volume, customer needs, timelines and availability of product. Typical turnaround time is 1-3 weeks. Please contact us with questions.
